Please note, changes to orders are dependant on stock and cannot always be changed, therefore a cancellation and refund would be issued.
In accordance with your statutory rights, you may return products :
You are entitled to a refund where the products are returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.
If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return delivery because it wasn’t packaged correctly, we may have no choice but to deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item’s value.
After 30 days, you are entitled to a replacement product only.
